Vibe, Detroit’s premier cannabis dispensary, is pleased to announce “Back to School Drive” aimed at helping the local community prepare for the new school year.
The new academic year has begun and we’re eager to boost our kid’s upcoming school year!
In order to kickstart the drive, the Vibe team has already purchased 1,000 backpacks and notebooks. nnHowever, we need your help to fill these backpacks with other essential school supplies.
We also have a big surprise for our beloved community! Detroit’s renowned NFL player Calvin Johnson will attend the event to add to the excitement from 5 – 6 pm on August 11th.
What to donate in Vibe’s Back to School Drive
School basics! Pencils, pens, colored pencils, markers, calculators, and any other school items can be donated.
You can drop off school-related items at any Vibe Inkster or Vibe Quincy locations until August 15th.
Vibe invites local businesses, shoppers, and the wider community to participate in this special event.
If you donate, you will automatically be entered into a raffle for a chance to win Vibe store credit. First-prize winners will receive a $100 USD in-store credit, while the second and third prizes will receive $50 USD in-store credit.
This initiative highlights Vibe’s commitment to giving back to the community. “We strongly believe in supporting our local community, especially the young students of Inkster who are our future,” was mentioned by a Vibe representative.
